My Story
Like many women (I see you), I found myself caught in a cycle of restrictive dieting and frustration while pursuing my fitness goals. My journey into fitness competitions led me down a path filled with extreme diets and a lack of understanding about how fat loss truly works. I tried every FAD and restrictive diet under the sun, only to end up binge eating and dealing with bloating and digestive issues.
It wasn't until I started studying dietetics, shortly after my time as a personal trainer, that I discovered a healthier approach to weight loss and overall well-being. Through my studies, I learned that sustainable fat loss doesn’t have to come at the expense of your social life or happiness. Armed with the right knowledge and strategies, I found simple and effective solutions that allow for a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.
My mission is to empower women like you to break free from restrictive eating patterns and embrace a realistic approach to health. I believe that with the right education and support, achieving your health goals can be much simpler than social media often portrays.
